Foothills Inspections sends operational text messages from +1 (931) 267-7675 to staff and clients who have given us their mobile number. Messages include inspection appointment confirmations, job and report status updates, report delivery notices, and replies to questions you text us. This is not a marketing program — we do not send promotional or advertising messages.
Clients opt in on our online inspection request form at foothills-crm.onrender.com/book. The form has an unchecked consent checkbox that reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Foothills Inspections about my inspection at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We record the wording and the time it was checked with the request. Clients who call or text us instead give the same consent verbally or by texting our business number first.
Staff are onboarded by the business owner, give verbal consent, then text the business number directly to begin. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and we never buy, rent, or import phone numbers from any third party.
Message frequency varies and depends on your inspection activity. Most recipients receive only a few messages per inspection.
Message and data rates may apply. Foothills Inspections does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation message and send no further messages unless you opt in again. You may rejoin at any time by texting us.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at +1 (931) 267-7675 or foothillsinspecttn@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS Privacy Policy for full details.
