This policy explains how Foothills Inspections collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and text message data. It applies to all SMS and MMS messages sent from or received by our business number, +1 (931) 267-7675.
When you opt in to text messages from Foothills Inspections we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send us, and the date and time of each message. We collect this only from people who have given us their number directly — staff onboarded by the business owner, and clients who provide their number when scheduling an inspection.
We use your mobile number only to send and receive operational messages: appointment confirmations, inspection status updates, report delivery notices, and replies to questions you text us. Staff members additionally receive job and CRM status updates, which may include images showing proposed changes to a report.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose message data only to our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you asked for, or when required by subpoena, court order, licensing authority, or applicable law.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of any service we provide. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; we will send one confirmation message and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Message records are retained in our customer system for as long as needed to service your inspection and to satisfy our recordkeeping obligations, then deleted. Access is limited to Foothills Inspections staff.
